Richmond Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Program seeks to sensitize and empower the faith community to positively effectuate change in the lives of persons transitioning from welfare to work through the development of volunteer faith-based support sites that mentor and assist persons to maximize their potential in body, mind, and spirit.
