RCAP operates four neighborhood centers; Central (Jackson Ward), East End, Highland Park and South Richmond. The staff assists neighbors with emergency food, energy and rental assistance as well as assisting unemployed neighbors to secure job training and employment. Each neighborhood center has a community based advisory council.
