On Interstate 95 heading south, take Exit 74 B to Franklin Street. At the light, turn right onto E. Franklin Street. At the next light, turn right onto N. 14th Street. At the next light, turn right onto E. Broad Street. At the second light, turn left onto N. 18th Street. Travel on N. 18th Street and go through one traffic light at Venable Street and turn left onto Coalter Street. Turn left onto Oliver Way Hill. RCAP is on your left at 1021 Oliver Way Hill.

 

From South of Richmond

On Interstate 95 heading north, take Exit 74 C to Broad Street East. Bear right onto Oliver Way Hill and merge into the far left lane. At the light, turn left onto E. Broad Street. At the next light, turn right onto N. 18th Street. Travel on N. 18th Street and go through one traffic light at Venable Street and turn left onto Coalter Street. Turn left onto Oliver Way Hill. RCAP is on your left at 1021 N. 17th Street.
